摘要
针对灭火救援方案的优选问题,提出了一种考虑指标均衡性的决策分析方法。根据消防部队灭火救援任务的目标和特点,确定了方案选择的评价指标集和测评方法;针对火场指挥员在各指标上给出的语言短语形式的评价信息转化为三角模糊数,进一步地给出了考虑指标均衡性的灭火救援方案选择的计算方法,该方法通过计算方案的综合评价值和方案评价值的均衡度来对方案进行综合排序;通过实例分析说明了方法的有效性。
To solve the firefighting and rescue schemes selection problem,a decision analysis method based on equilibrium attribute is proposed.Firstly,the attribute set and assessment method is obtained according to the aim and characteristics of firefighting and rescue.Secondly,the linguistic assessment information on schemes＇ performance by commander was mapped into triangular fuzzy number,and all the schemes were ranked according to the comprehensive values and attribute equilibrium degrees.Finally,apractical example is used to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
