摘要
目的探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜肾上腺切除术术中并发症的发生原因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析326例腹腔镜肾上腺切除术的临床资料,包括经腹腔入路247例,为A组;经后腹腔入路79例,为B组。结果 A组247例,共出现术中并发症17例,占6.8%,手术初期(前20例)并发症14例。B组79例手术,共出现术中并发症6例,占7.6%,新术式初期(前20例)并发症5例,占25%,其中前5例并发症4例。结论腹腔镜肾上腺切除术并发症的高发期在学习及新术式初期,系统的培训、熟悉并发症的特点、及时的处理可以有效的降低手术并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the urological laparoscopic adrenalectomy reasons of intraoperative complications and prevention measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 326 cases of laparoscopic adrenalectomy the clinical data,including through the abdominal approach 247 cases in the group A retroperitoneal approach in 79 cases in the group B. Results A group of 247 cases,there were complicated surgery disease in 17 cases,accounting for 6. 8%,the initial surgery（ the first 20 cases） complications in 14 cases. Group B,79 cases of surgery,intraoperative complications,there were 6 cases（ 7. 6%）,a new surgical procedure early（ first 20 cases） complications occurred in 5 cases,25%,of which the first five cases of complications in 4 cases. Conclusion Laparoscopic adrenalectomy high incidence of complications in the early learning and new technique,the system of training,familiar with the characteristics of complications,prompt treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of surgical complications.
