摘要
为了研究无水胶印油墨温度的控制方法,构建了以涡流管为温控介质发生装置的无水胶印油墨温度控制系统并进行仿真试验。在分析涡流管工作参数及特性的基础上,利用油墨热载荷函数和温控墨辊的换热模型,建立了以油墨温度为控制对象、以涡流管热端伺服阀为控制元件的PID控制模型。采用Lab VIEW进行了仿真,结果表明:这种油墨温度控制的系统可在3s内将温度偏差缩减到15%以内,利用多级涡流管可提高油墨温控响应时间。
For studying the controlling method of the ink temperature on waterless offset printing,the control system was composed by taking vortex tube as the generator of energy interchange medium. With analysis of working parameters and its characteristics of vortex tube, building of ink thermal load function and modelling the heat conduction on the energy interchange inking roller,the PID model was worked out for controlling the ink temperature with the hot end valve being taken as the key element. The simulated result of the control system on Lab VIEW showed that the control system could reduce the temperature deviation to 15% within 3s by using vortex tube and inking roller. The conclusion that multilevel vortex tube could be used to reduce the response time of the control system to the temperature correction was drawn.
