侧向送丝不锈钢光纤激光熔覆技术研究 被引量:4

Investigation of Laser Cladding on Stainless Steel with Wire Feeding

摘要 采用由IPG光纤激光、KUKA机器人和HIGHYAG激光头组成的激光熔覆系统,研究在316L不锈钢基体上激光熔覆308L焊丝工艺。探究激光功率、送丝速度及扫描速度等工艺参数对熔覆质量的影响,确定相对占优的熔覆工艺。进而制备检测样品,观测熔覆层的微观组织、显微硬度和拉伸性能。正交工艺研究表明:采用目前的光纤激光熔覆系统确定的相对占优工艺为激光功率3 kW,扫描速度4 mm/s,送丝速度40 mm/s,成形效果最好;采用优化的工艺,在搭接率为50%时,可以制备出表面波纹均匀,平整精度高的熔覆层。 The process of laser cladding on base metal of stainless steel was investigated with wire feeding, which was conducted on the laser cladding system which included IPG laser, KUKA robot and HIGHYAG head. The effects of process parameters, such as laser power, wire feeding velocity, scanning velocity, etc., on the quality of cladding were investigated, then the relative optimum laser adding process was ensured. The microstructure, microhardness and tensile properties of cladding layer were tested. The experiment results indicate that the best parameters are laser power 3 kW, scanning velocity 4 mm/s, wire feeding velocity 40 mm/s then the best formation effect can be obtained. The most smooth surface of the laser cladding is prepared with the best process as shown above with lap rate of 50%.
