激光熔注技术研究现状及其发展

Research Status and Development of Laser Melt Injection Technology

摘要 介绍了激光熔注技术的发展历程,阐述了激光熔注过程中激光器的种类、增强相的选择、工艺特点、工艺参数和复合层材料的微观组织特性。讨论了激光熔注技术存在的主要问题和发展前景。 Based on the development of laser melt injection technology, the research status of laser, type choosen of reinforced phase, process characteristic, process parameters and microstructure features of composite coating in melt injection proces, were reviewed. The main existent problems and development prospects of laser melt injection technology were discussed.
