摘要
以连云港金海一期围堤为例,介绍在设计阶段采取"限额设计+奖金奖励"方法进行投资控制,从而增强项目方和设计单位责任感和经济意识,调动设计人员的积极性,使设计单位优化设计方案,节约投资成本。
Taken the causeway of Lianyungang Port Jinhai Phase I project as an example, the method of ＂Limited Design ＋ Bonus Reward＂ is put into use to control investment. It is seen that the responsibilities and beneficial consciousness of the project owner and designer are enhanced, the enthusiasm of the designer is aroused, and the investment cost is lowered.
