摘要
随着高校科研活动规模的扩大,高校科研产出不断增长;与此同时,不同类型高校之间科研活动的结构同质化问题越来越明显,既对高校科研资源造成浪费,也对高校科研效率和科研成果质量的提升产生不利影响。本文通过剖析高校科研同质化背后的原因,对应如何引导高校科研走出同质化发展的困局进行了思考与探讨。
Along with the scale enlargement of the scientific research of China＇s colleges and universities, scientific achievements in higher education sector have seen remarkable grow. In the same time, a phenomenon of homogenization in structures of scientific activi- ties between different types of schools has been observed. It would cause serious waste of the research resources of higher education, and might produce negative influence on the quality improvement of research achievements as well. The paper investigates the reasons behind the phenomenon and gives countermeasures.
