摘要
针对城市工业企业的协调发展,分别建立赫芬达尔-赫希曼(HHI)指数模型、多元线性回归模型以及线性规划模型,综合运用了EViews、MATLAB等软件绘图分析和编程求解,研究得出城市C的工业企业整体发展水平良好、在本年度工业企业能源消耗总量比上一年度下降5%的情况下,工业总产值将减少1.197%,而工业总利税将增加1.445%,通过合理规划可以在降低能源消耗的情况下,同时实现工业产值和工业利税升高等结论,提出城市工业企业协调发展的合理化建议。
Aiming at the coordinating development of urban industrial enterprises,HHI index model,multivariate linear regression model and linear programming model were set up respectively.By using EViews and MATLAB software,we got the conclusion that city C industrial enterprise overall development level is good,gross industrial output value will be reduced 1.197%and industry total tax will increase by 1.445%in the case of this year's industrial energy consumption 5%lower than the previous year,it can realize industrial production and industrial profit tax increase simultaneously by reasonable planning in the case of lower energy.Finally,reasonable suggestions about coordinating development of urban industrial enterprises to the relevant authorities are put forward.
