摘要
"一带一路"建设从倡议提出到整体战略形成,再到行动方案实施,中国与沿线国家不断扩展交流领域,在体育文化合作方面也迈出较大步伐。运用文献资料法,以"一带一路"建设中的国际体育合作为研究对象,以习近平总书记关于"一带一路"建设和体育工作的重要讲话为依据,探索国际体育合作的理论框架和开展工作的路径,为"一带一路"建设提供体育合作的内容,为新时代体育强国建设搭建国际合作的纽带。研究认为,国际体育合作的设计思路是:发挥国际体育合作在"一带一路"建设中的助推功能,通过国际体育合作为沿线各国人民搭建经济文化互通的桥梁,借助国际合作平台实现沿线国家体育资源共享和体育人才培养,依托国际体育合作克服人类命运共同体建设中的多重阻力。国际体育合作的实践路径是:从政策上把国际体育合作纳入"一带一路"同步建设,在国际交往工作中融入更多的体育文化元素,建立国际体育合作机制以利用多国体育资源,修筑国际体育合作孵化器来培养体育人才。"一带一路"建设中的国际体育合作构想及其实践,支撑世界多国体育共同发展和交流互鉴,推动人类命运共同体建设向好发展。
The'Belt and Road'construction made great strides from the initiative to the formation of the overall strategy,and then to the implementation of the action plan;China and the countries along the line have expanded their exchanges and made great progress in the cooperation of sports culture. This article takes the international sports cooperation in the construction of the'Belt and Road'as the research object,bases on the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of the'Belt and Road'and sports work,and explores the theoretical framework and paths of international sports cooperation. It hopes to provide sports cooperation contents for the construction of the'Belt and Road',and to build a link of international cooperation for the construction of sports power in the new era. The results suggest that the design ideas of international sports cooperation in the new era are as follows: to give full play to the booting function of international sports cooperation in the construction of the'Belt and Road';to build a bridge for economic and cultural exchanges among all the peoples along the line through international sports cooperation;to use the platform of international cooperation to realize the sharing of sports resources and sports talents of the countries along the line;and to overcome the multiple resistance in the construction of the community of human destiny relying on international sports cooperation. The practical paths of international sports cooperation is to put the international sports cooperation into the 'Belt and Road'construction from policy,integrate more elements of sports culture in international communication work,and establish an international sports cooperation mechanism to make use of multinational sports resources and build international sports cooperation incubator to train sports talents. The concept and practice of international sports cooperation in the construction of the'Belt and Road'will support the common development of sports in many countries and promote the development of the community of human destiny.
