From the perspective of industrial heterogeneity, based on DEA BCC model, this paper analyzes the static technical efficiencies, input redundancies and output deficiencies of the 9 cultural and creative sub-industries in Beijing in years 2006-2013,then makes an Total Factor Productivity analysis of the sample by RD Malmquist index. The results show:( 1) under the promotion of technical progress, the TFP of the whole industry significantly increased, but the technical efficiency was low especially the scale efficiency showed a negative growth;( 2) the efficiencies of cultural and creative sub-industries were instable for their vulnerability in face of environmental changes;( 3) there were obvious heterogeneity in efficiency of each cultural and creative sub-industries;( 4) in terms of inputs and outputs, there were different rooms for improvement in different cultural and creative sub-industries for respective reasons.
