摘要
本文从国内生产实际出发,通过试验,研究了强压弹簧的生产现状,得到了表征该现状的单圈永久变形量方程;发现了A.M.Wahl典型“P—F”图线的严重不足;讨论了B.C.Bird所提的(τ_o/σ_b)值范围;提出了一种新的强压弹簧工程设计法;并论证了用多次速压取代长时间强压的一种可能性。
Based on actual situations of production in this country and experimental results,the authors have studied producton processes of spring presetting as the status quo and obtained the equationes of perment deformation for a single coils representative of that status.The serious disadvantages of typacal "P-F" figure by A.M.Wahl is discovered and the(τb/αβ)criter-ion as raised by B.C.Bird is critically investigted.A new engineering design method for preset springs is suggested and finally a process of repeated short presetting to replace the conventional process is proved recommendable
