摘要
采用沿衍射受限界面分割光学系统的方法 ,对衍射受限光学系统的激光光场进行数值计算 。
Laser field across the diffraction-limited optical system has been numerically investigated by separating an optical system as some serial subsystems along the diffraction-limited interface.The simulated results of Gaussian laser beams are presented in the paper.
