摘要
[目的]探讨《银海精微》中肝气虚型眼病的辨证施治规律。[方法]运用文献学方法对《银海精微》中肝气虚型眼病的概况、症状及治疗方药进行归纳分析。[结果]《银海精微》一书中,共载眼病82个,其病机涉及肝气虚者共11个,肝气虚型眼病临床以流泪、视物不清、眼涩、目睛肿痛、羞明畏光为五大要症。有11个典型方剂,共使用药物41味。治疗选药以解表药为主组成方剂,约达三分之一,药物使用频次最多者为菊花;补虚药应用相对较少,仅占约五分之一,体现了肝气虚型眼病治疗"以通为补"的特色。其肝气虚型眼病名方,在现代中医工作者研究中,止泪补肝散使用最多。[结论]《银海精微》一书对肝气虚型眼病辨证论治全面完备,在丰富中医理论和指导眼病辨治方面均有深远意义;以眼病为切入点是研究肝气虚证的途径之一,值得深入研究。
[Objective] To investigate the principle of syndrome and treatment of deficiency of liver-qi eye diseases in the book of Yin Hai Jing Wei.[Methods] To conclude and analyse deficiency of liver-qi eye diseases ’overview,symptom and treatment methods in the book of Yin Hai Jing Wei with the documentary scientific method. [Results] The book of Yin Hai Jing Wei contains 82 eye diseases. 11 eye diseases ’pathogenesis involve deficiency of liver-qi. There are mainly five clinical symptoms,which have lacrimation,dry eyes,blurred vision,eyes gall and photophobia. The book has 11 typical prescriptions which refer to 41 herbs to treat deficiency of liver-qi eye diseases. The main treatment is herbs for exterior syndrome,whose ratio is about one third. The frequency of the most is the chrysanthemum. The ratio of herbs for invigoration is small,only accounts for about one fifth. Those explain'passing to tonifying'to treat deficiency of liver-qi eye diseases. As for famous prescription to treat deficiency of liver-qi eye diseases, zhileibugan powder is used most frequently in the study of modern TCM workers. [Conclusion] In the book of Yin Hai Jing Wei, the syndrome and treatment of deficiency of liver-qi eye diseases is complete, that is very meaningful to enrich the TCM theory and instruct the syndrome and treatment of deficiency of liver-qi eye diseases; to regard eye diseases as cutting point is one of the avenues to study deficiency of liver-qi.
