二次再热机组汽轮机抽汽参数确定方法 被引量:7

Determination methods for extraction steam parameters of double steam reheat unit

摘要 基于给水等焓升方法(传统方法),以配备二次再热、混合式加热器的回热系统为模型,建立了汽轮机回热系统效率与抽汽焓值的关系方程,以回热系统效率最大为目标函数推导出相邻2级加热器抽汽焓值的递推关系,从而确定出汽轮机的最佳抽汽焓值(本文方法)。将本文方法用于某1 000 MW二次再热机组汽轮机的抽汽焓值计算,并与传统方法的计算结果进行了比较。结果表明:采用本文方法确定的汽轮机抽汽口位置分布更均匀、合理;回热系统效率高0.10%,加热器火用损总值减少1.37kJ/(kg·MW)。 On the basis of feed water equivalent enthalpy rise method(the conventional method),by regarding the regenerative system with secondary reheat and hybrid heater as the model,the relationship equation between the regenerative system efficiency and the extraction steam enthalpy was developed.Considering the maximal regenerative system efficiency as the objective function,the recursive relations between the extraction steam enthalpy of the adjacent two stages heater were derived.Then the optimal extraction steam enthalpy of the steam turbine was asertained.This method was applied to a 1 000 MW double reheat unit to determine the reasonable extraction steam enthalpy.The results show that,compared with conventional method,the extraction location distribution determined by this method is more even and reasonable,the regenerative system efficiency is 0.1% higher and the total exergy loss of the heater is 1.37kJ/(kg·MW)lower.This method puts forward a new research direction and guidance for how to determine the regenerative extraction steam parameters.
