摘要
目的探讨注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合阿司匹林对高血压患者内皮功能及抗血小板相关疗效的影响。方法选取四川省达县人民医院心血管内科原发性高血压患者500例,随机分为对照组(n=250)和试验组(n=250),均常规口服阿司匹林100mg/d,试验组加用注射用丹参多酚酸盐200mg,加入5%葡萄糖溶液250mL,静滴,1次/d,疗程14d。比较治疗前后两组内皮素(ET)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、尿酸(URIC)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)。结果与对照组比较,试验组ET、CRP、URIC、HCY和FIB均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合阿司匹林抗血小板聚集疗效明显,可改善高血压患者内皮功能,进一步降低冠心病及其他心血管事件的发生。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of salvianolate injection combined with aspirin effects on endothelial function and anti platelet aggregation of hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 500 primary hypertensive patients,who take aspirin 100 mg/d,endothelin-1（ET）,C-reactive protein（CRP）,uric acid（URIC）,homocysteine（HCY）,fibrinogen（FIB）on a regular basis,were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were continually taken aspirin.Treatment group were added with salvianolate injection 200 mg in 5% glucose solution 250 mL and intravenous drip once a day.Both groups′ET,CRP,URIC,HCY and FIB were reviewed after 14 d.Results ET,CRP,URIC,HCY,FIB were significantly reduced in treatment group than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Salvianolate injection combined with aspirin has an obvious efficacy on anti platelet aggregation.It can improve endothelial function in hypertensive patients,further reduce the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases.
