摘要
由于钢管整体运输尺寸大,运输难度高,且受交通洞断面尺寸限制,在进洞安装过程中还要进行翻转,施工安全难以保证,为保证钢管安装施工质量和安全,经多方考虑,确定采用瓦片分件运输进洞,在钢管安装位置的末端根据交通洞位置选一固定位置。洞身适当增加开挖高度,埋设天锚,安装电动葫芦。在固定位置进行单节管拼焊,而后用台车将钢管沿台车轨道运至安装位置安装。
As the size for the integral body of the penstock is large with high difficulty for transportation,and furthermore,it is not only limited by the cross-sectional dimension of the access tunnel,but also has to be overturned during the in-tunnel installation; for which the construction safety is difficult to be ensured. In order to ensure the construction quality and safety of the installation,it is determined to transport the penstock into the tunnel with the divided segments of it through the consideration from all the aspects concerned,and then choose a setting position at the end of the installation position of the penstock according to the location of the access tunnel. Moreover,the excavation height of the tunnel is properly increased for embedding roof anchor and then installing electric hoist. Meanwhile,the single segments of the penstock are welded for assembly on the setting position,and after that,transported to the installation position with rail-trolley for fixing.
