摘要
简爱是一部女性写女性问题,表达女性意识的女性小说,又是维多利亚时代女性文学大潮中最成功的作品。小说生动的刻画了一名在不公平的社会中不断反抗压迫,为自由、独立和平等而斗争的女性形象。本文通过对《简爱》中女主人公简爱与现实社会的斗争经历,反映了当时英国女性的悲惨处境,也反映了摆脱压迫和歧视的强烈时代要求。简·爱不仅是夏洛蒂·勃朗特的更是全世界女性女权主义的宣言。
Jane Eyre is a model novel in British Victorian times representing female literature,a female writer on female position caring about the female destiny as a whole with clear female senses. It vividly portrayed a female in an unfair society who struggled continuously for individual freedom,economic independence and marriage equality. In this thesis,it mainly analyses the heroine＇s rebellious to the society,reveals the hardship of women in Victorian age and the strong desire to get rid of the oppression and discrimination of that time.Jane Eyre is Charlotte Bronte＇s as well as worldwide female＇s feminist declaration.
