摘要
以宁波港为例,分析了其集卡"油改气"项目的发展现状和减排效果,并对国外先进港口在集卡减排方面的举措进行了梳理。通过对比,找出了目前宁波港集卡减排存在的问题。最后基于这些问题提出了相应的对策和建议。
In this paper, with the Ningbo Port as example, we analyzed the current status and emissions reduction effect of the oil-to-gas transition program of the container trucks at the port, summarized the emissions reduction measures for container trucks at some advanced foreign ports, then through comparison, identified the problems afflicting the Ningbo Port, and at the end, proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
