摘要
目的探讨前列地尔注射液治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)心肌损伤的临床疗效。方法将ACS心肌损伤患者80例采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在此基础上使用前列地尔注射液治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05);观察组治疗14 d后的肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)指标水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者心脏形态结构指标水平均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 ACS心肌损伤患者使用前列地尔注射液治疗,能有效改善心肌损伤症状,保护心肌功能,并提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the curative effect of alprostadil injections in treating patients with acute coronary syndrome myocardial injury. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome myocardial injury from December 2012 to December 2012 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group accepted routine treatment, and the observation group accepted alprostadil injections based on the conventional treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92. 50%,which was significantly higher than 72. 50% of the control group（ P 〉 0. 05）. The LVEDD,LVESD and LVMI heart shape and structure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group（ P 〉 0. 05）. The cardiac structure indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Alprostadil Injection used in patients with acute coronary syndrome myocardial injury can effectively improve the symptoms of myocardial injury,protect myocardial function,and improve the effect of clinical medication with high clinical value.
