摘要
馆藏档案分级应根据自身特点正确选择和运用分级标准,不能照搬馆藏文物的分级标准。以档案形成机关行政级别为标准进行分级,符合馆藏档案明显的行政性特征,并可依托现有的馆藏档案分级管理体系,以收事半功倍之效果。同时,以主题内容等特征对同一级别机关形成的档案作局部的调整,能达到细分的目的。以主题内容等特征为标准的细分可以吸收档案文献遗产评选的成果,使得分级工作易于开展。
Instead of simply copying classification standards of cultural relics in the collection of institu-tions,the ones for archives in collection of institutions should be properly selected and applied according to their own characters. Classifying archives in collection of institutions on the basis of their administrative rank not only complies to archives＇ administrative features,moreover,by relying on existing archives clas-sification management system,it also enhances efficiency. In addition,partially adjusting archives produced by same rank institutions according to subject character can meet the need of subdividing. And subdividing by subjects is able to share the fruit of archive heritage appraising in order to ease classification proce-dures.
