摘要
介绍了形状记忆合金温控的磁流变液自发电传动工作原理;基于形状记忆合金的温度力学特性,建立温度与形状记忆合金温控开关输出行程的关系式。基于发电机输出特性和形状记忆合金弹簧的力学特性分析,建立了温度与输出转速和输出电流的关系,并根据自发电原理建立了磁感应强度和温控开关电阻与发电机参数关系式。基于黏温方程,建立温度与输出转矩关系式。研究结果表明,弹簧输出行程、输出电流、输出转矩和输出转速随着温度的变化而变化;根据建立的损耗功率关系式,对比普通磁流变风扇离合器,在通常工作温度范围内,自发电传动装置损耗的功率更小。
The working principles of magneto-rheological fluid self-generating electricity transmission of temperature-controlled by SMA were analyzed.The relationship of output displacement of the SMA temperature detect switch with temperature was established based on characteristics of temperature and mechanics of SMA.The relationship of output speed and output current with temperature was established based on output characteristics of generator and mechanics characteristics of SMA spring,and the relationship of magnetic induction intensity and temperature-controlled switch resistance with the parameters of the generator was established according to the principles of self-generating electricity.The relationship of output torque with temperature was established based on the viscosity and temperature equation.The results indicate that the output displacement of spring,output current,output torque and output speed can change rapidly with the temperature.According to expression of loss power,the consumption energy of self-generating electricity transmission device is less than ordinary magneto-rheological fluid fan clutch under ordinary temperature range.
