摘要
结合Vague集理论和动态故障树分析方法,提出一种基于代数模型求解的Vague动态故障树的机电作动器可靠性分析方法。定义了动态故障树的时间算子,给出了动态逻辑门的代数模型,推导了运算律的证明;为了规范动态故障树顶事件的结构函数,给出了最小割序集的规范化算法。底事件使用三角形Vague集可靠性数据充分考虑底事件概率水平的不确定性;用代数模型对动态故障树进行建模,具有通用性,考虑了故障发生的时序性更符合机电作动器的原理。将代数模型表达分解为静态和动态两部分分别进行分析,降低了计算量。分析结果表明了该方法可以有效地对机电作动器进行可靠性分析,为故障定位提供思路,更具灵活性。
We define the time operator of the vague dynamic fault tree, give the algebraic models of dynamic gates and prove the operational laws. To standardize the structural function of the top event of the dynamic fault tree, we work out the algorithm for standardizing the minimal cut sequence set. The reliability data of triangle vague sets are used for bottom events by taking into full consideration the uncertainty of probability level of the bottom events. An algebraic model is used to establish the model of the dynamic fault tree. In our opinion, the time sequence of faults agrees well with the working principles of the electro-mechanical actuator. The algebraic model is broken down into static and dynamic parts for analysis, thus reducing the computational complexity. The analysis results show that the method is flexible and can effectively analyze the reliability of the electro-mechanical actuator, thus shedding light on fault location.
