摘要
目的:评价摩罗丹与叶酸和低剂量维生素E的二联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者胃黏膜腺体萎缩各阶段的疗效。方法:396例经胃镜下活检病理证实胃黏膜腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生、LGIEN(包括轻、中度异型增生)、HGIEN(重度异型增生)的患者进行分组,A组采用叶酸和低剂量维生素E的二联治疗(200例),B组单用摩罗丹治疗(196例)。治疗后6个月评价2组疗法对CAG患者胃黏膜活检的病理结果变化和胃部症状改善情况。结果:2组症状疗效及治疗后6个月胃黏膜活检病理疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中成药制剂摩罗丹可有效改善胃黏膜萎缩、肠化生,尤其对LGIEN有明显的逆转效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy at each stage of mucosa gland atrophy in the patients with Chronic atroph- ic gastritis （ CAG ） by the two combination therapy of the folic acid with Low dose Vitamin E, and to compare the effect of treatment of the two combination therapy with that of the single use of Mo Luo Dan. Method Divide 396 patients with confirmed gastric mucosa gland atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, LGIEN （ light, moderate dysplasia included ）, HGIEN （ severe dysplasia ） by endoscopic biopsy pathology into groups after 6 months＇ therapy. Group A ： By the two combination therapy of the folic acid combined with Low dose Vitamin E （ 200 cases ） Group B： By the single therapy of Mo Luo Dan （ 196 cases ）. To evaluate the pathological changes, the recovery rate and the cure rate of gastric symptoms of gastric mucosa biopsy in two groups of patients with CAG. Result 1 The pathological changes of gastric mucosa biopsy in the two groups of patients with CAG after 6 months＇ therapy were as follows： Group A （ 47% ）, Group B （ 83.67% ）. 2 The symptoms of the two groups were as follows： Group A （ 46.5% ） ; Group B （ 85.2% ）. Conclusions 1 It＇ s significantly better by the single therapy of Mo Luo Dan than by the two combination therapy of the folic acid combined with Low dose Vitamin E in im- proving the symptoms of patients with CAG. 2 It＇ s similar in the effect at the atrophy stage of mucosa gland of the patients with CAG in the two groups. But it＇ s significantly better by the single therapy of Mo Luo Dan than by the two combination therapy included the folic acid for the patients with CAG at the stages of the intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa and LGIEN.
