摘要
目的:探讨半导体激光穴位照射对2型糖尿病患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白及体质指标的影响。方法:将44例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各22例,2组均予以药物治疗,治疗组患者在药物治疗基础上用输出功率为10m W半导体激光照射合谷、曲池、足三里等穴位,每次每个穴位照射15min,1次/d,共照射治疗15次。治疗前后对2组患者进行餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比、体脂百分比等指标检测。结果:治疗组治疗后餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、BMI、腰臀比及体脂百分比与治疗前及对照组相比均下降(P<0.05)。结论:半导体激光穴位照射可以改善2型糖尿病患者餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白及其体质指标。
Objective：To study the effects of semiconductor laser acupoint irradiation on blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： 44 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomized into treatment group and control group 22 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with drug and those in the treatment group were treated with drug as well as using semiconductor laser irradiation on Hegu（LI4）,Quchi（LI11）, Zusanli（ST36） points, each acupoint irradiation 15 min, once a day, for 15 days. At pre-treatment and post-treatment, the indexes of 2 hour postprandial blood glucose（2h PG） and glycosylated hemoglobin, body mass index（BMI）, waist-to-hip ratio and percentage of body fat were measured. Results：After the laser treatment, all of the above indexes in treatment group had decreased significantly compared with the control group（P〈0.05）, and had decreased significantly compared with before treatment. Conclusion： By semiconductor laser acupoint irradiation, the indexes of 2h PG and glycosylated hemoglobin, BMI, waist-to-hip ratio and percentage of body fat had improved in treatment group with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
