不脱钙骨及种植体骨磨片不同染色方法的选择与应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨制作不脱钙骨及带种植体骨磨片时甲苯胺蓝染色法、亚甲基蓝-酸性品红法及Goldner’s三色法的特点与选择。方法:取本实验室自2010年-2015年以来制作的100余张骨缺损修复或带种植体骨组织磨片,通过骨修复材料矿化成骨的数量、面积,以及新骨形成的方式,软组织清晰度,种植体骨结合等几方面,对比分析经三种染色方法染色的骨磨片和带种植体骨磨片,确定针对不同研究目的和修复方法的最适合染色法。结果:对照3种染色方法的染色结果,发现:1、亚甲基蓝-酸性品红法比较适合于:(1)测量种植体与骨结合面积,(2)复合成骨材料修复骨大面积缺损后成骨的研究,(3)牙龈、骨膜、肌肉等软组织的研究。2、甲苯胺蓝染色法适合于骨缺损修复后新、旧骨的对比观察,以及新骨的数量。3、Goldner’s三色法比较适合于骨缺损修复后新骨形成的过程观察。结论:通过对比甲苯胺蓝染色法,亚甲基蓝-酸性品红法及Goldner’s三色法等三种染色方法在骨缺损修复,以及种植体与骨结合方面的应用。我们认为,要针对实验观察的对象、目的与结果来选择合适的染色方法。 Objective: To investigate the characteristics and applications of toluidine blue, methylene blue-fuchsine and Goldner's trichrome staining methods in the undecalcified bone and dental implant grinding slice technology. Methods: In this study, in order to determine the most suitable staining methods, more than 100 undecalcified bone and dental implant grinding slices with three kinds of staining methods were included in the study.Mineralized bone volume, manner of bone formation, soft tissue resolution and osseointegration of these slices were investigated. Results: By comparing three kinds of staining methods, the results showed that:1. methylene blue-fuchsine method was more suitable for the(1) measurement of osseointegration area,(2) studies on the repair of large bone defects by composite materials,(3) studies on soft tissues such as gum, periosteum and muscle; 2.toluidine blue method was more suitable for the identification of new bone and bone after bone defect reconstruction and quantitative studies of new bone; 3. Goldner's trichrome staining was more suitable for observation on the formation of new bone in the process of bone defect repair. Conclusion: By comparing the application of toluidine blue, methylene blue-fuchsine and Goldner's trichrome staining methods in the studies of dental implant and bone defect reconstruction, the results of this study demonstrated that it is necessary to select the appropriate staining methodaccording to the specific experimental object, methodand results.
