摘要
堆积型铝土矿洗矿尾矿泥浆流动性高,自然沉降慢,固结排水困难,采用湿法堆存安全隐患大。添加脱水剂后,泥浆颗粒短时间内结成紧实絮团并分离出部分自由水,流动性也大大降低。本文研究了脱水剂药液浓度、泥浆固含、泥浆性质对单耗的影响,实验表明药剂浓度越低,脱水剂单耗越小。通过优化脱水剂添加方式,即采用不同浓度药液两段添加方式能够大大减小脱水剂单耗,降低脱水成本。
As accumulation type bauxite ore washing tailing mud has features with high flowability, slow natural sedimentation and difficult for drained con- solidation, there are hugely potential security problems to stack up the wet tailings mud. Particles of mud are agglomerated and free water is drained in short time if the dehydrator is added in when the tailings mud is stacked up, flowability is decreased as well. In this paper, influences of concentration of the dehydrator, solid content of mud and properties of mud on unit consumption were studied. The results showed that the unit consumption of dehydrator was low with the concentration of the dehydrator decreasing, and the unit consumption of dehydrator was largely reduced, then the cost of dewatering was decreased by adding dehydrators with different concentration at two stages.
