摘要
采用电流加速老化的方法研究大功率白光LED的光通量衰减特性,提出了一种包含温度影响因素的LED寿命推算方法.实验发现:LED的光通量衰减速度随着加速电流的增大而变快,同时器件温度升高,温度的升高又会促进LED灯珠的加速老化.通过分组实验,在不考虑温度因素时,采用狭义Eyring公式计算LED的寿命;在考虑温度因素时,采用广义的Eyring公式计算LED的寿命.对比2种模型的计算结果发现:考虑温度影响能更准确的推算出LED的寿命.
The current accelerated aging experiment was used to investigate the luminous attenuation and lifetime of the high-power white LEDs. When the accelerated aging current is increased, the luminous attenuation of white LED was obviously accelerated and the LED temperature was rised up. The high temperature will promote LED accel-erated aging process. Narrow sense Eyring formula and GeneralizedEyringformulawereused to calculate the life-time of LED srespectively without or with considering the influence oftemperature. The result of comparing these twomodelshas proved that the predictedlife is more accurate with the condition of considering the influence of temperature.
