摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对福建省普通高校大学生休闲体育的认识,参与休闲体育活动的动机、频率、喜爱体育运动项目、体育场地设施等情况进行调查研究并分析,结果显示:福建省普通高校大学生对休闲体育的认识了解并不全面,休闲体育参与动机多为"强身健体"、"社交娱乐",休闲体育参与时间短、频率低、强度低,主要影响因素为个人体育观念和体育场地设施局限。建议高校重视对在校大学生体育体育观念的培养,增加对体育场馆建设的投入。
With the methods of literature view, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, the paper analyzes and investigates the college students in prefecture-level city, Fujian Province about leisure sports, such as the understanding of leisure sports, the motivation and frequency of sports involvement, the affection of sports events and sports venues and facilities. The result shows that the colleges students do not fully understand the concept of leisure sports, the motivation is to keep fit or just for entertainment, their sport involvement is short, intensity is low, frequency is low, the main influencing factor is the personal conception of sports, the limitation of sports grounds and facilities. It is suggested that the universities should pay more attention to develop student＇s concept of sport add increase funding in sports venues building.
