摘要
以废旧涤纶军装为原料,采用双螺杆挤出机对废旧涤纶进行连续化醇解,并采用间歇聚合釜对醇解产物进行再聚合得到再生切片,研究了醇解工艺对废旧涤纶再生切片性能的影响。结果表明:在双螺杆挤出机上可以对废旧涤纶实现连续化醇解,螺杆转速为200 r/min,醇解温度为230℃时,得到的再生切片的特性黏数为0.66 d L/g,具有良好的热稳定性;与采用反应釜间歇醇解相比,双螺杆连续醇解得到的再生切片二甘醇含量明显降低;连续醇解所得再生切片具有良好的可纺性,再生纤维断裂强度达2.6 c N/dtex,断裂伸长率为12%,可满足服用纤维的加工要求。
The glycolysis products from waste polyester fiber were obtained by using post-consumer PET uniform as raw material via continuous glycolysis on a twin-screw extruder and was successively produced into recycled chips via repolymerization in a batch polymerization reactor. The effect of glyeolysis process on the properties of recycled chip from waste PET fiber was studied. The results showed that the continuous glycolysis could be realized for waste PET fiber on a twin-screw extruder, and the recycled chip possessed taidy good thermal stability and the intrinsic viscosity of 0.66 dL/g at the screw rotation rate 200 r/min and gly- colysis temperature 230 ~C ; the twin-screw continuous glycolysis produced recycled chip with much lower diethylene glycol content as compared with batch glycolysis; the recycled chip prepared by continuous glycolysis had fairly good spinnability and the recycled fiber satisfied the apparel demand with the breaking strength of 2.6 cN/dtex and elongation at break of 12%.
