摘要
超声振动辅助成形技术是将超声振动与传统金属塑性成形相结合的一种加工技术,该技术可以有效改善加工方法,获得较好的成形结果。为了分析超声振动辅助成形技术的成形机理,文章综合考虑成形过程中的应力叠加效应和软化效应,确定一维状态下金属在超声振动作用下的本构关系,实现基于理论推导的超声振动辅助成形机理分析,并通过实验进行了验证。
Ultrasonic vibration assisted forming is a technology combining the ultrasonic vibration with traditional metal plastic forming.Using this technology,the processing method can be effectively improved and better results can be achieved.In order to analyze the mechanism of ultrasonic vibration assisted forming,the superposition effect and the softening effect of the forming process was considered in this paper.The constitutive relation of metal under uniaxial ultrasonic vibration was established by theoretical derivation,then the mechanism of the ultrasonic vibration assisted forming was quantitatively analyzed and related verification was conducted by experiments.
