某型汽轮给水机组监控软件一体化测试平台 被引量:1

摘要 针对某型船用汽轮给水机组监控系统软件功能测试和监控参数整定的需要,提出了一种基于仿真机的汽轮给水机组嵌入式监控软件测试平台方案,介绍了平台的结构组成和功能原理,从模型设计、仿真环境、测试项目规划、测试环境构建等方面论述了平台的研制方案、关键技术和风险管控对策。通过不同环境设置下的模拟运行实验,实现了监控软件的功能检测、技术摸底和参数整定,减少了实装联调试验时间,缩短了开发周期,减少了开发成本。此外,虽然该平台是针对某型汽轮给水机组研制的,但是其体系结构具有通用性,可为其他同类舰船装备的软件测试平台的开发提供参考。 Focusing on the need for functional test and monitor parameter setting of one marine tur- bine feed water pump monitor system software, a sort of turbine feed water pump embedded monito- ring software test platform is put forward based on the simulator. The structure and functional princi- ple of the platform are introduced. The development scheme, key technology and risk control of the plot are discussed from the aspect of model design, simulation environment, programming of item test and environment test building. The operating characteristics of the turbine feed water pump can be ex- actly simulated on this platform. The function detection, real situation of technology and parameter setting can be realized by simulation operating test of different environment settings. Thereby the time of installation in joint debugging test can be reduced, development cycle can be shortened and de- velopment costs can be reduced. Moreover, although this platform is directly aimed at a certain type of marine turbine feed water pump, its architecture is universal, and so it can provide reference for other software test platform of congener ship equipments.
