                    介绍了螺栓使用寿命对风机安全运行的影响。由于各种原因,风机吊装完成后有些塔筒相邻段之间的连接法兰仍然会存在一定的间隙,通过有限元软件ANSYS对法兰之间存在间隙时螺栓的应力范围进行计算,并与不考虑法兰间隙时螺栓应力范围进行对比,发现法兰之间微小的间隙将会造成连接螺栓应力范围的急剧增大,从而导致螺栓疲劳寿命的显著下降。因此,在风机吊装过程中必须设法消除法兰之间的间隙。
                
                Service life of the bolt has a very important impact to the safe operation of the blower fan. Due to various reasons, after suspension setting of blower fans the joint flanges between the adjacent segments in some towers will still have certain clearances. By using ANSYS finite element software to calculating the bolt stress range with a clearance between the flanges and comparing it with the bolt stress range without considering the flange clearance it is found that a slight clearance between the flanges will cause rapid increase of the stress range of the connecting bolt, resulting in a significant decline in bolt fatigue life. Hence during handling and installation of the blower fan we must find ways to eliminate the clearance between the flanges.
