摘要
本文总结了盐酸沙拉沙星近年来的研究进展,介绍了其在药效、药代及检测方面的前沿研究方法,并对其临床应用及新剂型开发进行了展望。
This review sμ mmarize the conception and research development of sarafloxacin hydrochloride, introduce the present methods of the drug efficacy, pharmacokinetics and examinations . Fmally, this paper gives a outlook ofsarafloxacin hydrochloride and new dosage form in the applied industry.
