葡萄籽原花青素溶剂浸提工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用响应面分析法对葡萄籽中原花青素的浸提工艺进行优化,首先考察单因素浸提温度、浸提时间、乙醇浓度、料液比对葡萄籽中原花青素提取率的影响,然后根据单因素实验结果对其进行响应面实验.结果表明:葡萄籽原花青素的最佳提取工艺条件为浸提温度58℃,浸提时间62 min,φ(乙醇)=60%,料液比1∶7.6.实际测得的葡萄籽原花青素质量浓度为0.320 g/L,与模型预测值相符,说明采用响应面分析法优化葡萄籽原花青素的浸提工艺准确可靠. Response surface methodology for the extraction process of proanthocyanidins of grape seed was studied. Firstly, the effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, ethanol concentration and the ratio of sample to solvent on the yield of proanthocyanidins were investigated. Then, the response surface experiments were carried out according to the experimental results of single factor. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions of proanthocyanidins of grape seed were extraction temperature of 58 ~C, extraction time cff 62 min, ethanol concentration of 60 % and the ratio of sample to solvent of 1:7.6. The actual measured concentration of the proanthocyanidins is 0.320 g/L and is basically consistent with the predicted value. These show that using response surface methodology to model the extraction process of proanthocyanidins of grape seed was accurate and reliable.
