摘要
诉求表达机制的运行需要诉求表达主体、客体、沟通渠道、组织机构、工作流程、制度、法律等要素的相互配合和相互制约。按照诉求表达机制运行的时空顺序,可以把这些要素纳入诉求表达的发生机制、沟通机制、实现机制和保障机制四个子机制中进行分析。可以通过完善相关法律法规,健全组织机构设置,转变教育者的决策观念,提升大学生的参与意识等方法,进一步完善高校学生诉求表达机制。
The operation of the mechanism for people to express appeals depends on the cooperation and restrict among the following elements such as subject, object, communication channels, organizations, working procedure, system, law, and so on. According to the time and space order of the mechanism, we can divide the elements into four sub-mechanisms including occurrence mechanism, communication mechanism, realization mechanism, and security mechanism. We can perfect the mechanisms for college students to express their appeals through the following approaches such as perfecting law, completing organizations, transforming educators＇ ideas for making decisions, and promoting the students＇ participation idea, and so on.
