摘要
添加降凝剂是一种改善原油低温流动性的有效方法。为了测试不同种类不同剂量降凝剂在低输量管道的应用效果，选择冀东油田高迁线进行了添加降凝剂的现场运行试验研究。在高尚堡首站分别添加50、100mg／L的JD1#降凝剂和100mg／L的纳米降凝剂，而后对高尚堡首站、中间站和迁安末站的原油进行测试，结果表明：与空白油相比，三者降凝降黏效果相当，凝点从22～26℃降低到11～13℃；当温度在30℃以上时，降黏效果不明显，在30℃以下时，温度越低降黏效果越明显；过泵剪切对加剂原油的凝点和黏度影响不大。根据室内和现场试验结果，推荐JD1#降凝剂的添加量为50mg／L。
Adding pour point depressant （ PPD ） is an effective method to improve the flow of crude oil at low temper ature. In order to test the real effect of different kinds or volumes of PPD on the transportation of low throughput crude oil pipeline, the paper makes a field test research on transportation of the crude oil, with PPD added into it in Gaoshangbao - Qian＇ an pipeline of Jidong Qilfeild. After adding 100 mg/L JD1#, 50 mg/L JD1#and 100 mg/L nanometer PPDs respectively into the crude oil in pipeline at Gaoshangbao Station, the effects of PPDs on oil transportation at Gaoshangbao start station, at the middle station and at the Qian＇ an terminal station are tested respectively. The research findings are as follows： Compared with the blank oil, the three kinds of PPDs into the oil produce equal effect in lowering condensation and viscosity, and the condensation point is reduced from 22～ 26 ℃ to 11- 13 ℃ in all the three situations. When temperature is above 30 ℃, the viscosity-reducing effect is not obvious; Whereas when temperature is below 30 ℃, the lower the temperature is, the more obvious the viscosity-reducing effect is; The shear through the pump has little effect on condensation point and viscosity of crude oil with PPD. Adding 50 mg/L of JD1# PPD is recommended through laboratory and field tests.
