摘要
试验设计了以鸡粪、水稻秸秆为原料和填充料的高温堆肥体系,应用温度指标、碳氮比指标、铵态氮变化指标和种子发芽率指标研究了高温堆肥的腐熟度参数及指标。结果表明,温度是最能直接反映堆肥腐熟度的参数。随着堆肥进程的进行,碳氮比、铵态氮含量呈下降趋势,它们能较好地反映高温堆肥腐熟程度,可以作为堆肥的腐熟指标。堆肥过程中堆肥腐熟指标变化与种子发芽率变化规律具有一定的相关性。
Abstract Using chicken manure and rice straw as raw material and filling material of high temperature compost system, the rotten degree parameters and indicators of high temperature compost were studied from application of temperature, carbon and nitrogen ratio, ammonium nitrogen variation index and seed germination rate index. The results showed that the temperature was one of the most directly parameters which reflected the compost degree. Along with the composting process, carbon and nitrogen ratio, ammonium nitrogen content was on the decline,they could well reflect degree of high temperature compost and they could be the rotten index of compost. In the process of compost, the maturity index of compost correlated to the change regularity of germination rate of seed to some extent.
