摘要
目的:探讨研究糖尿病肾病的中医药治疗的临床效果。方法:随机选取2013年1月—2015年1月在我院住院治疗的糖尿病肾病患者88名,再随机将这88名患者分成观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用我院常规的综合治疗,观察组患者在常规综合治疗的基础上给予中医药治疗。检测对比两组患者治疗前后尿蛋白定量、尿微量蛋白排除率、血肌酐及肾小球过滤率,治疗3个月,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者尿蛋白定量、尿微量蛋白排除率、血肌酐及肾小球过滤率均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者尿蛋白定量、尿微量蛋白排除率、血肌酐及肾小球过滤率明显比对照组好(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗糖尿病肾病可以有效的保护肾功能,减少尿蛋白的流失,降低血肌酐,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective： To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 88 patients with diabetic nephropathy, admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, were randomized into the observation group and the control group evenly. The control group received routine west medicine while the observation group received an extra TCM treatment, the therapeutic effects were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM treatment could protect the kidney function and decrease the loss of urine protein and serum creatinine in treating diabetic nephropathy, the clinical therapeutic effect was remarkable.
