摘要
该文考察了浅层气浮工艺除藻效能。结果表明浅层气浮工艺除藻的最佳工艺参数:PAC投加量为2~3mg/L,PAM投加量为0.1mg/L,溶气罐进口压力为0.30~0.4MPa,回流比为16%,水力负荷小于7.6m^3/m^2h,进气量大于0.2m^3/min。在此适宜工况下,除藻率大于80%。
The effect of shallow dissolving air-floatation on algae removal was investigated in this paper. The results show the optimal conditions are as follows: dosage of PAC is 2 -3 mg/L, dosage of PAM is 0.1 mg/L, inlet pressure is 0.30 -0.4 MPa, reflux ratio is 16%, hydraulic loading is below 7.6 m^3/m^2 · h and inlet volume is above 0.2 m^3/min. Under such optimal condition, removal rate of algae is more than 80%.
