高阻隔性PLLA薄膜的制备及其对冷鲜肉保鲜效果的研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过沉积氧化硅(SiOx)及涂复聚乙烯醇(PVA)层提高聚L-乳酸(PLLA)的阻氧性能,进一步将薄膜用于冷鲜肉保鲜包装。通过进行氧气、水蒸气透过性测试与微观结构观察,结果表明:PLLA的氧气阻隔性提高221倍,水蒸汽阻隔性提高5倍,SiOx层有效提高了PLLA的阻隔性,且微观切面图表明镀层有效地提高PLLA与PVA的层合性能。储存期间冷鲜肉理化指标显示由PLLA/SiOx/PVA复合膜包装的冷鲜肉货架期可达27 d。 Improved barrier oxygen property of PLLA through plasma deposition of silicon oxide(SiOx) and PVA coating. The result shown that plasma deposition of SiOx layers provides a promising alternative to achieve barrier properties. The microgram shown that the SiOx layer effectively improved the adhesive force between the PLLA/PVA. The oxygen and water vapor barrier property improved 221 and 5 times, respectively. The shelf life of chilled meat packaged by PLLA/SiOx/PVA reached 27 d.
