土壤养分状况与马家柚果实品质相关性的多元分析 被引量:33

摘要 为给指导马家柚测土配方施肥提供理论依据,对江西省广丰县马家柚主产区5种不同类型土壤的养分状况、果实矿质营养及品质的调查,应用WPS表格和SPSS软件进行相关性分析和多元回归分析,筛选出影响马家柚果实矿质营养及品质的主要土壤因子。结果表明,不同类型土壤养分状况、马家柚果实品质及矿质营养含量均存在较大的差异;土壤养分状况与果实品质及矿质营养含量间均存在较强的相关性,且不同土壤养分状况与果实品质因子和矿质元素含量之间相关系数差异较大。多元分析结果表明,可溶性固形物含量与土壤全氮含量呈负相关,可滴定酸含量与土壤有机质含量呈负相关,与土壤有效锰含量正相关,固酸比与土壤p H值呈负相关,与土壤全氮含量呈正相关,Vc含量与土壤全氮含量呈负相关,总糖含量与土壤有效磷和有机质含量呈正相关,与土壤碱解氮和有效铁含量呈负相关;果实中的磷含量与土壤p H值呈负相关,果实中的钾含量与土壤速效钾含量呈负相关,与土壤碱解氮、有效铁含量呈正相关,果实中的氮含量与土壤全氮、有效铁、有效铜、交换性镁含量呈负相关,与土壤有效锰含量呈正相关,果实中的铁含量与土壤全氮含量呈正相关,果实中的锰含量与土壤有效锰含量呈正相关,果实中的铜含量受土壤养分影响较弱,果实中的锌含量与土壤p H值呈负相关,果实中的钙含量与土壤全氮含量呈正相关,果实中的镁含量与土壤p H值呈正相关,与土壤有效铜含量呈负相关。提高土壤有效磷和有机质含量,适当增加土壤全氮、有效铁含量,合理控制钾肥的施用,对于生产品质高且钾、钙、铁含量丰富的马家柚具有重要作用。 In order to obtain a theoretical basis for fertilization of Majia shaddock, using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis in WPS and SPSS software, soil nutrient status, fruit mineral nutrients and fruit quality were investigated in Majia shaddock orchards withifve soil types in Guanfeng County, Jiangxi Province, and the main affecting factors of fruit quality and mineral nutrients wereifnd out. The results showed that there were signiifcant differences of soil nutrient status, fruit quality and mineral nutrient contents among the orchards with different soil types. The correlations between soil nutrient status and fruit qualities, mineral nutrient contents were stronger, and the correlation coefifcients among them were different. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the soluble solids content in fruit had a negative correlation with total N content in soil. The titratable acid content had a negative correlation with organic matter content in soil, and had a positive correlation with available Mn content in soil. The soluble solids-acid ratio had a negative correlation with soil pH value, and had a positive correlation with total N content in soil. Vc content had a negative correlation with total N content in soil. The total sugar content had positive correlations with available P and organic matter contents in soil, and had negative correlations with alkaline N and available Fe contents in soil.The P content in fruit had a negative correlation with soil pH value. The K content in fruit had a negative correlation with available K content in soil, and had positive correlations with alkaline N and available Fe contents in soil. The N content in fruit had negative correlations with total N, available Fe, available Cu, exchangeable Mg contents in soil, and had a positive correlation with available Mn content in soil. The Fe content in fruit had a positive correlation with total N content in soil. The Mn content in fruit had a positive correlation with available Mn content in soil. The Cu content in fruit was weakly correlated with nutrient contents in soil. The Zn content in fruit had a negative correlation with soil pH value. The Ca content in fruit had a positive correlation with total N content in soil. The Mg content in fruit had a positive correlation with soil pH value, and had a negative correlation with available Cu content in soil. The treatments could improve the quality of Majia shaddock and increase K, Ca and Fe contents in fruit, to increase available P and organic matter contents in soil, to increase total N and available Fe contents in soil within limits, and to reasonable control applying K fertilizer.
