摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶手段制备了Ti O_2改性的Al_2O_3复合载体,并借助共沉积法制备了多种具有不同担载量的Ni2P/Ti O_2-Al_2O_3催化剂,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和红外光谱等技术手段相结合对复合载体和催化剂进行了结构的表征和确证,以二苯并噻吩作为目标物考察不同担载量条件下催化剂加氢脱硫反应活性的变化。结果表明,Ni2P/Ti O_2-Al_2O_3负载催化剂能够在较低的Ni2P负载量时就具有非常优异的催化活性和良好的长期稳定性,将其应用于加氢脱硫反应能够达到非常高的转换效率。
The sol-gel method was used to prepare a TiO2 modified Al2O3 combined support, which loaded different amount of Ni2P catalyst with the aid of the co-deposition method. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize and confirm the structure of the composite supports and catalysts. The dibenzothiophene was used as the target to investigate the hydrodesulfurization activity change of the catalyst under different loading conditions. Based on the testing results, an excellent catalytic activity and good long-term stability were observed under low catalyst loading amount of the Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3 supported catalyst, which could achieve high transfer efficiency in the hydrogenation desulfurization reaction.
