摘要
当前全球矿业不景气,多数矿产资源价格大幅下挫,是中国进行全球矿产资源布局的机遇期,也是加大对非洲矿业投资的重要时机。论文简要梳理了非洲矿产资源禀赋,讨论了矿业对非洲的重要性,对非洲资源利用情况以及中国对非洲矿业投资现状进行分析。认为非洲资源丰富,但现有优质资源多数已被发达国家掌控,对中国企业造成挑战;非洲多数国家对矿业严重依赖,西方国家对非洲境外投资环境评价较低,中国应凭借中非友好关系,抓住市场机遇完善在非洲矿业布局。
The current global mining industry is depressed, most of the mineral resources prices fell sharply. It is China＇ s opportunity for global mineral resources planning, also is the important time to increase mining investment in Africa. The paper briefly combed the African minerals resources endowment, discusses the importance of mining in Africa, analyzes the Africa resource utilization and the present situation and problems of Chinese mining investment in Africa. Thinks, that African resources are rich, but most existing resources with high quality has been eontroled developed countries,which poses a challenge to Chinese enterprises. Most African countries relies heavily on mining, western countries＇s evaluation of overseas investment environment in Africa is low, China should rely on china-africa friendly relations, grasp the market opportunity.
