摘要
瑞士与德国的职业教育是欧洲职业教育的典型代表,常常被人误解为两国职业教育体系基本上是相同的。事实上,两者有着明显差异。这种差异可以通过比较两国职业教育的学徒期制得以展现。可以说,两个国家职业教育之间似而不同的特性,在学徒期制的实施机构、课程设置、考核方式、结业证书等方面有着充分体现。足见,没有哪两个国家的职业教育会是完全相同的,任何一个国家职业教育的变革都要受到其国情的影响,也必须考虑其国情的影响。
From some international scholars' points of view, the vocational education systems of Switzerland and Germany seem to be more or less identical. As a matter of fact, they are two different systems. The vocational education system of Switzerland is different from Germany in many aspects, such as different apprenticeship systems, training instruments, certification, concept of core skills, examination and so on. There are not two identical vocational education systems in the world. Any country should develop their own system according to their special national situation.
