摘要
为了降低煤粉漂移对煤直接液化生产过程的影响,通过降低热高压分离器、常压塔顶气相流速,提高煤液化生成油过滤器的过滤精度,来减少煤粉漂移;同时,通过对相关部位沉积煤粉量前后计算来验证改造效果。结果表明:通过降低气相流速,热高压分离器气相夹带煤粉量由5.07 mg/m3降低到0.304 mg/m3以下,常压塔顶气相夹带煤粉量由26.89 mg/m3降低到5.38 mg/m3以下;通过增设过滤器及提高过滤精度,煤液化生成油夹带煤粉量降低约0.08%。煤粉漂移问题的产生主要是热高压分离器、常压塔顶气相以及煤液化生成油过滤精度低夹带共同作用的结果。
In order to reduce the influence of coal drift on coal direct liquefaction process,the filtration accuracy of generated oil filter wasimproved by reducing the gas velocity of high pressure hot separator and atmospheric tower,improving precision of filter. The resultsshowed that by reducing the gas flow velocity,the gas phase entrainment of the gas phase was reduced to 0. 304 mg/ m3 from 5. 07 mg/ m3,and the entrained pulverized coal quantity was reduced to 5. 38 mg/ m3 from 26. 89 mg/ m3,and the coal liquefaction decreased by 0. 08%.The generation of the coal dust drift was mainly caused by the high pressure separator,the top gas phase of atmospheric pressure and thelow precision of coal liquefaction.
