摘要目的探讨Bakri止血球囊治疗产后出血的有效性。方法选择产后出血患者共92例,其中64例采用Bakri球囊压迫止血(研究组),38例采用宫腔填塞止血(对照组),比较治疗效果。结果研究组与对照组在术前出血量无统计学差异(P>0.05),研究组术后血红蛋白下降水平、产后出血量均显著低于对照组研究组,成功止血的比率显著高于对照组,研究组术后护理时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后月经恢复时间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论Bakri止血球囊治疗产后出血成功率高,效果好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Bakri hemostasis balloon therapy in postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 92 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were collected. 64 cases were taken Bakri balloon hemostasis （ study group） and 38 cases taken uterine tam- penade （ control group）. Therapeutic effect was compared. Results The amount of bleeding before surgery had no significant difference between the study group and control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with control group, less decrease of hemoglobin level and postpartum hemorrhage, and higher successful hemostasis rate but longer postoperative nursing time were observed in study group （all P 〈 0.05 ）. No significant difference in postoperative recovery time was found between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Bakri balloon as a relatively quick and easy way to control postpartum hemorrhage is worthy of clinical use.
