摘要
采用简单快速的改良筛选平板法对土壤来源的微生物进行初筛,选取显色圈有明显变化的菌株进行紫外-可见分光光度法复筛,最终筛选出一株胰脂肪酶抑制剂生产菌株z123。通过菌株的形态、生理生化特性、16S r DNA序列同源性分析及系统发育进化树鉴定,确定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌。研究结果表明,该菌株能够产生抑制胰脂肪酶的活性物质,其发酵产物对胰脂肪酶的抑制率为38.4%,值得进一步研究。
The soil microbes were preliminarily screened by a simple and modified rapid screening method.The strains with significant change in color ring were selected to conduct a secondary screening through UV-visible spectrograph and one strain z123 capable of producing pancreatic lipase inhibitor was finally obtained.It was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on morphology,physiological and biochemical characterization,16 S r DNA sequence homology analysis and phylogenetic tree.The inhibition rate of the fermentation product reached 38.4%,which had great value for further study.
