摘要
应用质量控制图,对8个核心监管指标进行实时监控,及时发现异常波动,寻找原因,采取有效措施加以改进。通过管控,取得了良好效果。
The quality control chart was used for real - time monitoring of eight core monitoring indicators, which aimed to timely detect abnormal fluctuations, look for reasons and take effective measures for improvement. Through management and control, good effect was achieved.
