摘要
在总额预付制下实行医保考评体系,在保证医疗安全的前提下,通过加大医保政策宣传、加强信息化建设、规范医疗行为等方式,合理控制医疗费用,提高患者满意度。但需要尽快建立谈判协商机制,科学确定总额指标,建立多种付费方式并存的医保考评体系的长效机制。
Medical insurance evaluation system was carried out under condition of prepaid total cost. With the premise of the guarantee of medical safety, measures were taken to reasonable control medical cost and improve patient satisfaction, which included increasing insurance policy advocacy, strengthening informatization construction, correcting medical practices, etc. However, negotiation mechanism needs to be established as soon as possible, determine scientifically the total index, achieve a long - term mechanism of medical insurance evaluation system with coexist of a variety of payment methods.
