摘要
【目的】探讨心理护理联合等长抗阻力运动在妊娠糖尿病（GDM ）患者中的应用效果。【方法】选取GDM患者80例，按照患者意愿分为观察组与对照组，每组40例。对照组患者均给予常规住院治疗、糖尿病饮食指导及心理护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予等长抗阻力运动。比较两组患者治疗后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）含量、妊娠结局的早产率、羊水情况等指标及对护理的满意度。【结果】观察组干预后HbA1c、FPG、2hPG显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜00．5）；观察组早产及羊水过多、羊水过少等发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜00．5）；观察组患者对护理的满意度为925．％，显著高于对照组800．％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜00．5）。【结论】心理护理联合等长抗阻力运动治疗GDM患者，能有效控制血糖水平，改善妊娠结局，是一种积极、可行的护理措施，可在临床上推广应用。
Objective]To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with isometric resistive ex‐ercise in patients with gestational diabetes .[Methods]Eighty cases of gestational diabetes were selected and di‐vided into observation groups and control groups according their own wishes with 40 cases in each one .The control group were given conventional treatment ,diabetes diet guidance and psychological care ,the observa‐tion group was given with isometric resistance exercise on the basis of the control group .After treatment ,fast‐ing blood glucose （FPG） ,postprandial 2 h blood glucose （2hPG） ,glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c） ,prema‐ture delivery ,amniotic fluid ,and the satisfaction of nursing were compared and analyzed between the two groups[.Results] The blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0 0.5） .The preterm birth rates ,hydramnios and oligohydramnios of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0 0.5）;nursing satisfac‐tion of the observation group was 92 5.% ,the difference was statistically meaningful （ P 〈0 .05） .[Conclu‐sion]Psychological nursing combined with equal length and resistance exercise therapy for patients with GDM can effectively control blood glucose level and improve the outcome of pregnancy .It is an active and feasible nursing measure ,which can be applied in clinic .
